Easily our most expensive brew to make. It’s a traditional sarsaparilla, (not a hard root beer) made with sarsaparilla, burdock, licorice, dandelion, and ginger roots along with star anise, raisins, molasses vanilla beans and birch bark. coming in at 6.5% abv it’s just what old doc ordered for what ails (or ales) ya!
