A strong ale. Made two different ways. One is sweet the other smoky.

The Sweet has 2 Row, Maris Otter, & chocolate malts along with Chinook and Cascade hops. Finished with a generous helping of local honey.

The Smoky has Maris Otter, 2 Row, Vienna, Caraaroma, Roasted Barley, and smoked malts with Galena, Perle, and Cascade hops.
